Shaping the Experience
For this project, I led the digital strategy, UX/UI design, Framer development and automation process in close collaboration with the Ciénega team.
Ciénega needed more than a polished landing page. Each programme had to bring together dates, schedules, format, capacity, instructor information, pricing and registration while remaining easy to understand on mobile and flexible enough to support future launches.
I structured the experience around connected CMS collections for workshops and instructors, allowing information to be managed once and reused throughout the platform. The first complete implementation was Seminario de Guion, with eight theoretical and eight practical sessions and a limited capacity of 30 participants.
Behind the interface, I connected newsletter capture through Framer, Make and MailerLite, and designed the payment journey around Stripe Checkout. I also prepared the platform for launch with responsive refinement, social sharing assets, reviews, cookie and privacy states, a branded 404 page and a clear operational handoff.

UX/UI Design
Structured the journey from programme discovery to workshop information and registration.
CMS Architecture
Created connected collections for workshops and instructors, supporting reusable and dynamically populated pages.
Framer Development
Built the responsive platform and refined its behaviour across desktop, tablet and mobile.

Designed a direct journey from individual programme pages to Stripe Checkout.
Workflow Automation
Connected Framer, Make and MailerLite for contact capture, audience organisation and future communication.

MailerLite
Built for an Evolving Programme
Ciénega’s programme changes from one launch to the next, so the platform was designed as a reusable foundation rather than a one-off campaign.
New workshops can be published through a consistent CMS workflow
Instructor profiles remain connected to every relevant programme
Templates adapt to different formats, dates, schedules and content volumes
Individual Stripe Checkout links can be managed for each workshop
MailerLite groups support confirmations, reminders and future communication
Responsive components preserve the editorial experience across screen sizes
